Add a Caterer:

    Login to The Admin to complete the following steps.
1. Select Add Caterer from the Meeting Room Booking menu.


2. Enter the Name, Description, Phone Number and Email address of the caterer in the Details section. 

This information will be displayed in the application in the Front End, if the box for Active is checked.

Click Next to continue.


3. Select the check boxes for the applicable locations that should show the caterer's details in the Front End and click Next.

Review the details. Click Back to go back and make any changes. Or click Finish to save.




Edit a Caterer:

     Login to The Admin to complete the following steps.
1. Select Edit Caterer from the Meeting Room Booking menu. 



2. Edit the Name, Description, Phone Number or Email address of the caterer in the Details section. Keep the box for Active checked if you wish to display these information in the Front End.



3. Click Locations and modify the locations this caterer is allocated to.




4. Click Apply to save and continue editing. Or click OK to save and return to the list of caterers.
