Reporting option in the Meeting Room Booking application allows users to view the bookings for a location during a selected period or time frame. They can also download these reports in excel format.
View/Download a report:
Login to The Admin to complete the following steps.
1. Select Reporting from the Meeting Room Booking menu.
2. Select the applicable Location from the drop-down.
3. Choose the date range for which the reports are to be viewed.
4. To view all the booking requests created for the selected region over the selected date range, click on Show Report button.
To download a report in the Excel format, click on Export to Excel.
Show Report will display the bookings in the Admin. (See the example below)
